Terms and conditions

Welcome to The YogaChic Shop! These terms and conditions will be part of the contract between the customer and The YogaChic Shop.

 

1. Contract

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. When you place an order to purchase a product from Yogaful Unipessoal Lda., we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve dispatched that order (“Your order has been dispatched”). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation e-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation e-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

The ownership remains with The YogaChic Shop until the complete payment of the order has been made.

 

2. Prices and Product Availability

  • All prices are given in € (Euros), inclusive of VAT at the current Portugal rate. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. The prices do not include delivery and picking charges, which are added to your order on checkout.
  • Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.
  • All displayed products are subject to availability. We take greatest care to update our website at the earliest opportunity. Once an item is sold out it will be marked as such (“Sold Out”). As there is a delay between the time when your order is placed, and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible for agreement on further actions. If no payment has been made yet you have the choice between an amended order and bill, a substitute product or a delivery at the time the product becomes available. In case of payment you also have the option of a refund.

 

3. Display on website

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Please refer to our Returns Policy (see 4.) if you are unhappy with your purchase. Please note that handmade japamala beads vary slightly in size, colour and weight. While every effort is made to represent the products accurately, images shown may vary slightly from the actual product.

 

4. Returns

  • If upon receipt of your delivery you are not happy with a product you have the option to return the order or separate items within 7 days upon receipt. Please make sure that any items you would like to return are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels still attached. Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be issued to your credit/debit card or bank account. This will appear on your account within five days depending on your card issuer and processing time at the bank. There is also the option to receive a voucher for your next order with the respective value. We won’t refund the delivery charge if it is part of a multiple order. Postage of a return that is not based on a fault from our side will not be refunded. Please keep a proof of postage for your records. Please make sure that you obtain proof of posting as we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged item and we reserve the right to charge you for any such lost or damaged item.
  • If you have you received an item different to the one you ordered or a faulty product we will replace it subject to availability. Please inform us immediately. We must be contacted within 7 days. We will refund the postage for the return of the product. If you do not wish an exchange product we will refund you once we have received the respective product. There is also the option to receive a voucher for your next order with the respective value.

 

5. General

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these Terms and Conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.
